Endeavor Announces Food-Focused Fall Collaborators & Cocktails Events Featuring Local, Insta-Famous Entrepreneurs

Greenville’s food-focused fall includes euphoria turning 20, Fall for Greenville, and Michelin’s unveiling of its first Red Guide to The American South. Naturally, Endeavor hopped on the band wagon.

Endeavor Workspaces today announced their fall Collaborators & Cocktails speaker series will be food-focused, intimate conversations with next-generation, local entrepreneurs making a big impact on business, life in Greenville and of course, food. Dani Mathews, more commonly known on Instagram as @healthyishdani (with a staggering 134,000+ followers), will share her story on September 24th. On November 13th, entrepreneurs Chef Chris Rosensteel and his business partner Jeremy Krauze, the masterminds behind @societygvl and the recently reborn @citytaverngvl, will discuss their brand, their young and eclectic demo and their path to success. Limited tickets are now available to both sessions, thanks to Endeavor’s co-hosts AFL and Greenville Federal Credit Union.

Content creator Dani Mathews is the founder of Best Bites Media, which specializes in providing social media management and PR services to upstate restaurants and coffee shops. Under her account @healthyishdani, she has spent the last three years building a loyal audience through creative, high-performing video content that highlights restaurants, things to do, and nearby travel destinations in Greenville and beyond. With more than 12 years of experience in advertising, PR and influencer marketing – specifically in tourism and hospitality – Dani brings a strategic, results–driven yet honest and welcoming approach to every project– and the proof is in @healthyishdani’s 134,000+ social following.

Dani will discuss her personal and remarkable journey to becoming one of Greenville’s most-followed influencers, what she planned for and didn’t, share insights into her growing business, and let us in on some secrets that are most important to cultivate a loyal following. This session will offer guidance anyone in business can learn from, whether you are a social media guru or not. Small bites will be provided compliments of Curean Handcrafted Mediterranean Dining – Vickie Zambrano’s popular restaurant in Greenville’s west end offering curated small plates and charcuterie.

On November 13th, shifting to a “Greenville After Dark” theme, entrepreneur duo Chef Chris Rosensteel and Jeremy Krauze will share their story and how their partnership led to two of Greenville’s most successful restaurants, Society and City Tavern. Building their brand, their unique understanding of the customers who make them so popular and handling the re-invention of City Tavern – nothing is off the table for a discussion with these two.
