COLLABORATORS & COCKTAILS

Coaching, Leadership & Teamwork:
A Candid Q&A with Joe Erwin and John Harkes

Tuesday, September 28th   5:00-7:15pm

Free for non-members; limited $30 tix available for non-members. To request a ticket, please email Endeavor@EndeavorGreenville.com.

Entrepreneur Joe Erwin met U.S. Soccer Hall of Famer (and Olympian) John Harkes three years ago, and Greenville hasn’t been the same since. These two leaders discovered that — although their paths to success had been quite different — their values and POVs on coaching, leading and teams were incredibly similar. And whether you’re coaching a sports team or leading a business, there are key lessons across the board that can make a real difference for anyone.

Now friends and partners, they’re each coming to this session with 10 questions for the other, and we get to eavesdrop on what promises to be a candid, educational, personal, and quite likely hilarious hour as they grill each other on the highs, the lows, the lessons and the “what ifs” of their years leading, serving and bringing out the best in their teams.

This event is FREE to members but you must RSVP by 9/21 to reserve your ticket. Limited non-member tix are $30, in advance only, by emailing Endeavor@EndeavorGreenville.com. Fun cocktails & networking starts at 5:00pm, Presentation at 5:45, and more Networking 6:45-7:15. Check out our FB page for past event info + photos.

Finally a very special thank-you to the fantastic folks at Fifth Third Bank and Joan Herlong & Associates/Sotheby’s International Realty for joining us as Presenting Sponsors of this night to remember. We appreciate all they do for Greenville and the Upstate!

COVID-19 PROTOCOL:

For our two C&C events this fall, Endeavor will follow the lead of larger venues we respect, including the Peace Center, whose full policy you can read HERE.

  1. Out of concern for the health and wellness of our attendees, speakers, staff and vendors, we will require proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, a positive COVID-19 antibody test or negative COVID-19 test (72 hrs) for entry into performances.
  2. If you’d like to go ahead and get that out of the way, show Sally your COVID-related documents & IDs anytime beforehand and she’ll put you on the “pre-approved” list so the entry process can move more quickly the day of the event.
  3. Once inside the event, wearing a mask is at the discretion of each individual attendee.
  4. Fortunately at Endeavor, we also have the benefit of HEPA-grade air filtration, as well as 4-6x/daily cleaning resources that benefit us all day, every day. As always, we will continue to monitor the situation and make changes if necessary.
