And we’re celebrating allll month long. Here are five ways you can celebrate with us:Â
1. Share 5 facts about you or your business using the hashtag #EndeavorFive
We’re inviting local brands (businesses AND individuals) to share 5 things about themselves using the hashtag #EndeavorFive on social. Why? So we can help introduce and merchandise local companies, all in the spirit of entrepreneurship and building community. We’ll re-share each tagged post, and keep them pinned to a Story Highlight throughout May. Then, all submissions will be featured in GVLtoday.Â
So, you should do it – if not for us, for the sake of re-introducing yourself to your followers and reaching new audiences!
We want you to get creative. Instagram stories and feed posts are great; post on your brand account or personal (or both); jot it on a Post-It, make a graphic using your branding, or create a video; share on FB, Twitter, or LinkedIn too if that’s right for your audience; be funny, serious, or a mix. Just be sure to use the hashtag #EndeavorFive and tag other accounts/ businesses you think deserve some exposure. See Kylie with any questions, and thanks for playing!
Need creative inspo? Caper showed us her #EndeavorFive — written on a sticky. (Cut her some slack, OK? She’s cute and all, but she’s no graphic designer).

2. Cupcakes on us! (Members Only)
Even though we can’t have a big party this year, what we CAN have is sweets. Thanks to Holly’s Cakes (highly recommend, btw) FUN FOOD for our birthday month is going to be delicious, buttercream icing-topped mini-cupcakes, fresh from their bakeshop.
Stop by the lobby anytime on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 4th to enjoy a treat to help celebrate being a part of Endeavor’s first five years!
3. Donate… blood? Please, it’s for our Birthday!
You’ve probably heard how low on supply our local blood bank is, and how donations are especially needed right now. To help support that effort – and recognizing that most of our members wouldn’t host their own drive – we’re bringing a Blood Drive right here to Endeavor. That makes it easy for you to donate AND uses the power of our Endeavor community to give back in a very meaningful way.
The team from The Blood Connection will be set up here (probably in the gym) from 9am to 2pm on Thursday, May 20th, and you can sign up and pick your timeslot online here: https://donate.thebloodconnection.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/171649. You’ll create an account if you don’t already have one – but it’s easy, and please don’t let that stop you from participating! OH, AND, ALL DONORS RECEIVE A $20 GIFT CARD. 🙂
See Sally with questions, and BTW: you’re welcome to invite coworkers and friends, just make sure they show up if they take a time slot. Thank you in advance for helping make this somewhat-unusual-birthday-celebration a big success!
