Since 2020, many companies have switched from an in-person model to a completely remote or hybrid approach after realizing productivity remained at pre-COVID levels —no matter where each employee worked. And although many companies no longer require their employees to come into the office five days a week, that doesn’t mean remote workers have to conduct all their business from home.
