Creative co-working space Endeavor has announced its charter members in advance of its May opening.
Joe Erwin’s co-working venture, Endeavor, has signed on its first nine creative services members, with plans to co-locate in the ONE building in downtown Greenville in May.
Erwin Creates will support the Erwin Center for Brand Communications at Clemson University and Erwin’s personal consulting requests, but its centerpiece will be a new creative community called Endeavor.
Endeavor will be a membership-based co-working community for independent companies and freelancers in the creative services fields.
Just three months after leaving the Greenville-based advertising agency he co-founded in 1986, Erwin started to launch that new idea called Endeavor, a “membership-based, co-working community for independent companies and freelancers in the creative services field.”
The vacated CertusBank space has once again led to new business opportunities, freeing up 20,000 square feet downtown for what will be the largest co-working space in Greenville, Endeavor.
Endeavor will be a co-working space in 20,000 square feet of the One building, catered specifically for creative professionals and small companies in marketing, advertising and public relations.
A big name in Greenville advertising is opening up a community space for other businesses to use.
